Welcome to Middle School Señora! We create educational resources designed to make teaching and learning Spanish engaging and effective.

By purchasing or downloading resources from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Educational Resource License

Each resource purchased from Middle School Señora includes a single-teacher classroom-use license.

You May:

Use the resource with your own students.
Print copies for students in your own classes.
Share assignments with your students through secure, access-restricted learning platforms such as Google Classroom, Canvas, or Schoology.
Display resources during classroom instruction.
Adapt materials for your personal classroom use.

You May Not:

Share purchased resources with other teachers without additional licenses.
Distribute Google Slides access links or downloadable files to individuals outside your authorized classroom use.
Upload purchased materials to publicly accessible websites or shared folders.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce the materials.
Claim the materials as your own original work.
Remove copyright notices or Middle School Señora branding.

Teachers wishing to share resources with colleagues must purchase additional licenses.

3. Digital Products and Delivery

All products sold in the Middle School Señora shop are digital downloads unless otherwise indicated.

No physical products will be shipped.

After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased downloadable materials through the checkout confirmation, order email, or customer account, depending on the checkout and account settings.

Some resources include Google Slides access links. Google-based interactive activities require a compatible Google account.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and technical requirements before purchasing.

4. Refunds and Returns

All Middle School Señora products are digital educational resources delivered electronically. Because digital files can be downloaded, saved, and retained after purchase, refunds are generally not offered for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to review the product description and technical requirements.

We want every customer to receive the resources they purchased and be able to use them as intended.

Technical Problems and Defective Downloads

If you experience difficulty downloading, opening, or using a purchased resource, please contact Middle School Señora with your order number, the email address used for your purchase, and a brief description of the issue.

To help us resolve the problem efficiently, we may request additional information, such as:

A screenshot of an error message.
The name of a file that will not open.
Details about missing or inaccessible resource components.
A description or screenshot of an activity that is not functioning as intended.

Screenshots are helpful but are not required to submit a support request.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance, corrected files, or replacement downloads when appropriate. Refund requests will be reviewed individually in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

A refund may be issued when:

A purchased file is defective or inaccessible, and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
A customer is charged more than once for the same purchase.
An incorrect product is delivered and a suitable replacement cannot be provided.
A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided when:

A customer changes their mind after purchasing.
A customer no longer needs the resource.
A customer purchases a resource without reviewing its description or listed technical requirements.
A customer expected features or materials that were not advertised as included.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

We review refund requests individually, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. See our separate Refund and Returns Policy for details.

5. Copyright and Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, original educational content, illustrations, instructional materials, and product designs are protected by copyright and belong to Marlan Creative Holdings LLC, operating through Middle School Señora, or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a resource grants a limited classroom-use license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the material.

6. Resource Updates and Availability

Resources may be revised, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.

A purchase provides access to the edition delivered at the time of purchase unless additional updates are expressly included in the product description.

Future revisions, newly released editions, and additional resources are not automatically included.

7. Website Content

Information provided on the Middle School Señora website is intended for educational and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce or commercially distribute website content without permission.
